The Dart and Marlin project is an instance of adaptive reuse, breathing new life into a historic building located in Victoria's South West. This initiative involves the transformation of an existing hospitality venue, ensuring a balance between preserving its original charm and adapting it to accommodate contemporary hospitality venue needs.
Our intervention introduces a series of changes within the structure, each contributing to the phased alteration of the venue. The project incorporates the addition of a new wine shop, a vibrant band room and an exterior dining courtyard. This area has been thought of as an inviting open space, allowing guests to dine under the open sky.
