{HOUSE 02}
House in Seddon

location: Melbourne, Victoria

size: 160 sqm

for: Private Clients

date: 2016

photography: Ben Hosking

A multi-generational house in Seddon, Melbourne. Built on land subject to inundation, the design sits as a floating form above the ground. The house is planned as a set of shared and more intimate spaces under a unifying roof form. A large pitched roof keeps the street presence to a single low-rise storey in keeping with its neighbours, concealing the second level within the roofline.
